EXAMPLE
MUSIC CD LABEL SPECIFICATION
My
CD label will be 120mm in diameter with a 15mm
hole in the center.
It will be printed on paper, on the laser printer
and stuck onto a disk with a glue stick.
It will have the same type of graphics on it
as my other products.
I will create the graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
It will have the band logo, the album name ‘Portway
Blues’, copyright information,
an image of the band members and the Oasis Media
logo.
If
it was to be made commercially it would be printed
on self adhesive labels using the off-set lithography
process.
A UV varnish or Spirit varnish would be added
to make it glossy in appearance.
A die cutting machine would stamp out the circular
labels.
